Where to Stay in Sevierville, Tennessee || Blue Mountain Mist Country Inn and Spa

When we were looking for a place to stay in Sevierville, Tennessee, we fell in love with Blue Mountain Mist Country Inn. It’s a beautiful home on 60 acres of land with cottages AND a spa.

We knew from the moment we saw it that we needed to see it for ourselves.

There are twelve rooms in the main house, all of which have a private bathroom. They’re all decorated differently, but maintain the homey vibe of the entire property.

Our room, White Oak Flats, had a clawfoot Whirlpool tub in the room. There are a few other rooms that offer this, a mountain view, fireplace, or balcony.

One of our favorite parts was the Bible in the room OPEN. Normally they’re thrown into a drawer or just sitting closed and dusty. When we saw it open on the vanity we felt right at home.

The bathroom in White Oak Flats had a shower and pedestal sink with a gorgeous view of the 60 acre property. We also loved the purple walls!

When you stay at Blue Mountain Mist, you have free rein of the house. This includes the first floor common areas and Temptation Station, which has sweet treats starting at 6pm and beverages all day.

You also get access to the basement where you’ll find a big screen TV, plenty of movie options, and games. There’s also a conference table great for getting work done, and a garden room perfect for taking in the afternoon sunlight.

Just like you are free to explore the inside of the house, you also get to roam freely on the 60 acres.

We didn’t even cover half of the property, because the part close to the house is so beautiful. The porch has plenty of seating for everyone. You may even get a visit from resident dog, Bella, while you’re there. There are also two cats roaming the property, and we got to meet one of them!

The flowers, ponds, and breathtaking views made it hard for us to leave when the time came.

Something that really sets Blue Mountain Mist apart from other B&Bs is the spa.

It’s located on property and owned by the Ball family as well. You’re able to get all of your favorite treatments like massages, facials, skincare, waxes, and more. You can even make your appointments from the main house and receive a discount.

If you’re not staying at Blue Mountain, that’s okay! You can still book treatments.

We walked over for a brow wax while we were there, and had a great experience! The spa building is gorgeous and so relaxing to just walk into.

Just down the road from the spa is another accommodation option for Blue Mountain.

If you’re looking for something more secluded and private than the main house, you can also stay in one of five romantic cottages. They’re designed for couples and are perfect for a honeymoon experience or an anniversary trip.

They’re one-room cottages and they all have their own private porch. kitchenette, gas fireplace, and Whirlpool tubs.

If you’re staying in the cottages, you still have the option to enjoy breakfast in the main house.

A very special thank you to Kolette, Jason, Sarah, and family for allowing us to come in and feature your amazing B+B. We can’t wait to come back to Sevierville and stay with you again.

If you’d like to support this wild ride, become a Patron, we have some awesome reward tiers. Sometimes we even pick up little gifts for you along our travels.
